• Step 1: First, take a big, healthy, and fully ripened pepper from a healthy plant that is not damaged by pests or diseases.
• Step 2: The second step is cutting the pepper and opening it carefully so the seeds don’t drop. Now, put all of the seeds into a bowl.
• Step 3: In this step, we will separate the viable seeds from immature seeds. We can do that by pouring water into the bowl. By doing it, the viable seeds will sit at the bottom of the sink, and the pulp and immature seeds will float, which we wanted.
• Step 4: Now pour off the water from the bowl with immature seeds. Now rinse water from those viable seeds.

Now, take the seeds out of the bowl, and you have to dry them, which is defined in another phase.

How to Dry Pepper Seeds for Planting:

Drying your pepper plant seeds is very important; only dry seeds are viable for growing into a whole pepper plant. So, to dry your pepper plant seeds, you need to put them on a paper towel or a drying mat if you have any. Now, please place them in a well-ventilated area for a week or so.
